After picking up the car Thursday at the performance center and traveling around for a few days, we arrived home in New Jersey this evening with 900 miles on the odometer. We hadn't seen Seaside on a 2 Series coupe in person before ordering, and my wife was quite anxious about it. She wasn't sure if she'd like it.

Well, it turns out that the color has a lot of fans. In the past three days we've had numerous people come up to us to say how much they like the color! This includes the valet at the restaurant we ate at on Thursday night and a couple who came up to us at a rest area in Virginia this morning to tell us they'd noticed the car on the road and really liked the color! I can't recall ever getting so many positive comments on the color of a car. Needless to say, my wife is happy with the color of her new ride. She's still a little intimidated by it, though. She says it seems so big compared to her Mini Cooper! Lol.
