Park car in gear, no p.brake
Pop hood to allow as much how air out as possible
Check tire pressures and log data, rest once cooled
Check lap times, plan where I can get more out of the track, next
Look under the car, check for debris/leaks/anything obviously wrong
Check Oil, fluids
STRETCH, drink some water, chit chat.
