Yeah I would think clutch in normal driving going close to 100k miles.

Am I correct that your noise coincided with clutch pedal movement and not with gear shift lever actuation ?
The vibration is with the clutch fully depressed, not while moving up and down. I feel it in the clutch and the shifter so I'm guessing the whole trans is vibrating.
