On the highway, Sport makes no sense, in large part because it never gets to 8th gear the equivalent of overdrive.
On local roads, at lower speeds and in even moderate traffic, again Sport is not enjoyable.
In traffic, fuggeddabahtit. Eco+ makes sense then, and only then.
So that leaves local roads, especially twisties, with no on else around. Then it's Sport for me.
I live in fear of Sport+.
