1. 17x8.5et40 (concerned it’ll poke way too far out in the rear)
2. 17x9et42 (concerned it’ll rub in front)
3. 18x9et42 (would open up tire selection, but again could rub)
How much camber would I need to make such a setup work? Would rolling the fenders help? Would it be at all streetable?

I'm not sure specifically, but expect to run over 2.5* which is streetable. I saw a few track builds that have 18X9 42 on ARC8s
