I also prefer the I6 but it would depend on weight and throttle response. I love quick throttle response and if they made a very light M2, that would be the best for me. I have driven the new F30 4 cylinder and the throttle response is impressive. It doesn't sound good but most of the turbo motors don't sound as good as the NA motors anyway.
