That's exact the same 'feel' I had before I changed mine to winter setup.
At least around 30 F, PSS felt much better and gripper than Blizzak LM on dry road.
Although, there is good chance that PSS may crack in lower temperature.
Also, if there is any sort of moisture/precipitation, summer tire is downright dangerous.
