no one has ever made an argument to me that would convince me to put a single cent down on a lease....
who cares what your monthly payment is, that is just a number; monthly payments can always be manipulated by varying factors - more impt that you get the highest residual and lowest rate....
why would you ever put a chunk of cash upfront into something you will never see again (not even in a depreciated form or residual value like when you buy the car, at least you acquire an asset... depreciated asset, but still an asset)
