They should be doing the alignment with 68kg on both front seats, 68kg in the middle of the back seat and 21kg in the trunk and a full tank of fuel, the BMW spec is then the same camber on both sides for the middle of the range and no more than 0.5 degrees of difference between the camber from side to side, there is no compensation for driver weight only. I would say they shouldn't be aligning BMWs if they don't know what the specs are for the alignment.

If you are getting uneven tyre wear and rubbing on one side with stock wheels and tyre sizes, there is something wrong.
