If the lower control arm bushings are visually fine and look centred, it sounds as though there are bent suspension or axle carrier components, assuming the car hasn't been in a front-end accident at some point. Three common causes:
- severe pothole damage
- kerb damage due to sideways impact
- incorrect tie down when the car has been towed due to straps being attached to the suspension instead of using "J" hooks in the jacking points.
I called them and they're saying the differences between the sides are there to compensate for the weight
