And I echo pikcachu's concerns. They should have at least been able to match the rears. But the front numbers seem odd to me. Does the car look visually any different from side to side?
My front end has what look like decent camber considering it isn't adjustable. And it looks even to me as well. Clearly my naked eye isn't reliable, but I would think in your case one side would look maybe look off from the other?

On One side the tire is rubbing the fender on bumps and is now basically eating up the tire
