The intake does this without full JB4. When I only had intake and BMS Stage 1 in my 8 speed 235, it would idle so rough when in drive for the first 10-15 seconds the car would lurch forward/back and stall one out of ever 10-15 or so starts (cold or warm). No way it had anything do to with the software update.
