In most circumstances, it just looks black. However, in some lighting, it takes on a very cool 3D effect that in my mind makes it look more premium. In direct sunlight it can also look like metallic carbon.
Overall, I'd say it's fun and interesting and never really detracts from the car. The only time I'd advise against it would be for those going for a fully blacked-out spec.

I think you are making a good choice staying away from the brown top. It is very polarizing and I'd only recommend it if you are certain you love it. |
