This is not as difficult as you guys might think it is; a friend of mines who had a E93 335i commissioned a local bodyshop to cut two bumpers; a OEM 335i and 1M and adjoined them to fit the E93's frame.. They even deleted the US front-side reflectors..

It looked indistinguishable and it's wasn't a fake 1M or wanna M car because it had no badges and he made no claim to such. It was just his unique Frankenstein styling.

Any bodyshop that does "plastic" repairs can successfully undertake this job and perfect it..

Keep in mind that it did cost him $1,200 for everything minus the painting..
