The title might be confusing but I have extended bumper to bumper warranty on my car. if anything can cause warranty issues, it's the tuner. If you are worried about your warranty, you should wait before getting an MG flasher.
DP, catch can, intake will not cause any warranty issues as they do not add any stress on other car components.
With that being said, your warranty is no affected even with a tuner as long as you are not asking them to fix a repair caused by your tuner.
