You car looks great! If those are 18s they are the perfect size. I test drove a 240i with 19s and I didn't like the ride at all compared to the 18s on my car, they also were noisier. I personally wouldn't touch 19s on this car after trying out the 240. Go find a series with 19s and try before you make any changes... you might like it, you might not, but at least you will know before you go down that path.
If you decide to sell those 18s, I would be interested!
