all things being equal I think 19's are too big.

if you keep the outer tire diameter the same size you practically have no sidewall. Will look like you are driving around on your rims : )
Yes dimension wise the 19's fill out better due to the small relative wheel well opening to fender above - but in my personal preference tires don't look good unless you can see the meat. Maybe I'm old school who knows.
