Being a 4 mile trip, I doubt he lost attention. Being he was late, he was hauling ass came up on the curve, got on the brakes which were (a) cold, and (b) not a powerful as he is used to and went tangent to the arc of the curve. No skid marks because ABS doesn't leave skid marks. The Genesis I'm sure has hidden telemetry data in the ECU that will be extracted by the Police/Hyundai/Insurance company and we'll have more data to evaluate.

Cold brakes provide max bite but I don't think the Hyundai chassis is known for its braking prowess.
Dead on with the telemetry. I think they record the last 30 seconds or 1 minute of the vehicle's performance, if I remember correctly.
