As update in my case (328i with dinan exhaust)
I started hearing an exhaust leak + alot of vibrations and noise on start up.
Went over to an exhaust shop and had them take a look. The clamp seemed to be the weak part, it just couldnt get tight enough. I went ahead and had them weld my OEM midpipe to the Dinan axle back.
Issue fixed, the tips sit perfect and it actual sounds alot better now.
