Just speaking personally as a potential buyer casually shopping 230/240 right now. I think the tough pill to swallow is the $30k risidual in the year 2020. Generally enthusiasts in this price range are shopping to keep it a while, and don't think this car is worth 30k at the lease end. This is just my opinion however! The actually monthly rate is pretty darn good.
