My rims are coated with CarPro Dlux, and the pressure washer usually gets 90% of the dirt off with a few seconds of spraying.

For maintenance regimen, I have wheel woolies as brushes, CarPro Reset for the coating and Iron X to deal with industrial run off/iron particulates.
