Thanks all for the feedback, lots to think about. It is a CPO car with 35 months left on it, so I feel good about that. The Dealer selling it leased the car originally and has a provided a printout from bmwgroup.com so I assume it was port or dealer installed as its on the paperwork in two spots.
I need to figure out what the car is worth to me and work into it, their starting price is pretty high (as expected) and I just need to keep patience and remember why I have been looking for a while and want the right car I don't just need a car ( tho it seems most everyone loves their M2XX).
