I haven't seen that anyone has tried it but they likely won't fit unless you do something odd like stock ride height with stretched tires and camber. Even then they will poke a lot. I've looked at options for this style and your best bet is replicas, or bbs and vmr make wheels that look similar but aren't exactly the same.

This may be a silly question, but why will they fit on the M2 and not the 240i? Isn't the body the same? |
No, M2 body is wider.
