Both a press and a press and hold of that button make my suspension, steering and throttle similar to comfort but keeps the "noise" on sport.
2017 6MT if that makes a difference. I think autos have a different set up.
Edit: I compared the settings on my car some more and the settings fit in a range between sport and comfort, not quite identical to either.
