If you get the dinan tune only dinan dealers will touch the car. If a warranty issue does present its self, you will be at the mercy of dinan and BMW to agree that the dinan tune caused the problem with your car. Most of the time this is not an issue, but people have been without their car for weeks while dinan/bmw argue over who is at fault.
JB4 is detectable by the dealer and it can void your warranty if something breaks.
