That would be tragic.
Not offering the combination of xDrive and manual transmission in the USA is a BIG marketing mistake. Just look how popular the old 3-series models were with this combination, and how popular manual transmissions are in Europe. Many more people would buy manuals here too if dealers had them in stock on their lots.
A major reason that many of us starting buying BMWs in the first place was the universal availability of a manual transmission.
