Advanced Crash Safety Mode - Seat Belt Reminder Duration - from there you can set your time from 5 seconds to 100 seconds. Don't know if you can set the volume as I have mine turned off.
To turn it off you go to Selt Belt Reminder Driver Side and/or Passenger Side and set it to "Not Active"
