Hey there, so the car is fully loaded and BMW has a 10k-8k rebate on 2018s this month. So all of this is not from the dealer's pocket. I can get 2018s with 4-5k miles starting at 44k, and can be negotiated down to 39 (done that with one out in CA and one out in MA). I am not sure if this car is deserving of 48k even if it is brand new.

Yes, hopefully more people respond.

P. S. The car has been on their lot for ~250 days.
