Seems like his dealer was being a bit of a douche, so I'm not sure if that's the norm. There's nothing in the contract language that tells me otherwise so I'll raise hell if they deny me. I guess I'll find out once I hit a curb! Very funny with this type of insurance, you try so hard to avoid having to use it but somehow feel ripped off if you don't get to.
