I can't speak to brakes that well, but I did a bleed at the 2 yer point and it was clean. I'm going to check it at 3 yrs next time. when the dealer did it for me the brake pedal was revitalized as you'd expect. also, can't any place work on brakes? why pay the cost of a bmw dealership?
as for the antifreeze: if you drive it (you should) you're gonna wanna replace your water pump at 70-80k miles. that requires a drain of the coolant and you'll get new stuff regardless. boom.
