I think it's the hypocrisy and her handling of this whole thing that is of concern. When Canadians were calling for the border to be closed she literally called it racist. She has said there is little human to human transmission, and that masks were not only ineffective by could make it worse and after SARS she wrote the manual for Canada for responding to future pandemics which if followed would have slowed the spread to a crawl. She has then gone on to say that isolation and physical distancing is a must. She was critical of people who were in a park two weeks ago enjoying the sunshine and hasn't had a single word of criticism for the folks protesting.
