I think it partly depends on how cold the weather is in your area too. The coolant mix is usually 50/50 mix of anti freeze with distilled water. If its like a 1-2 times thing, its probably fine to just add distilled water since some people run even like a 30/70 distilled water mix in places that are not so cold and have zero fear of water freezing over..
You can only add so much before over diluting it. Another option is to add some 50/50 coolant mix, you can get some at probably any auto store.
