Oh man, what is that...like 108 miles per month being driven if equally distributed, i wonder when the last fluid test / replacement happened....
Better question yet, do you have records of any maintenance being done? According to bmw thats only 3,000 more than a "recommeneded oil change interval" i think. Lol.
Brake fluid is not one of those mileage fluids unfortunately. You can be upset all you want at the car, but this doeant sound like a malicious failure, just time and fluid doing its thing wirh a car driven significantly less than the average. Unless Im reading this way wrong and you or the previous owners have significant service records on this stating fluid changes, tire changes, etc. If so, that really sucks, but hope now you can continue to enjoy the vehicle! I will also add if you hate it, Im sure someone would take it off your hands for you!
