I would have to disagree with San Diego being one of the best; unless the results are on a curve! Stopping at a "right on red" is optional, it's more of a look-and-go; same with stop signs. Need to merge? Take a number. left lane campers galore. I rather enjoy the "greyhounds" in the carpool (Mario Andretti) lane. Let the 85+ mile an hourers get the ticket! Also the lane jumpers, darting in and out of lanes and not making any progress; and that's not just the freeways. I especially like the dudes doing 35 in a 40 or 50.

Then again, maybe that survey was many, many moons ago. In that case, I would agree. When I got my license over 50 years ago I would say we (SoCal) had the best drivers in the country. Today, not so much.
