Mods don't add value plus modded cars tend to be beat on harder.
$27K is too much for this car.
I've owned my 2016 M235 6MT with 70K miles since new. It has been Stage 2 for 5 years. The car has been exceptional and the most reliable car I've ever owned. I do all the maintenance and repairs. The only repairs I've had to do in 7.5 years of ownership is a new washer pump ($40) at 65K miles and a new battery a few weeks ago. Yes, the OEM battery lasted 7.5 years.
