As I want to get it right, like you mentioned before, all they’re need to do is remove the ball joint from my current existing mirror and on to the new one and it’s plug and play, I assume that’s the case? Was the rewiring hard to do as I assume they’re would know how to rewire it and install it for me cheers. Would love to see the pics of your completed look.

I doubt a dealership would do this swap on the books, but if you have a good relationship, then you could talk directly with a technician there who might be willing to do this after hours and off the books.
As far as I know, all of these mirrors use the same four wires, but the harness plugs and windshield mounts are different. So the swap involves swapping the four wires of the new mirror into your stock plug, and swapping the new mirror into your windshield mount.
