There's a youtuber who had trouble with BMW financial, they made him buy out the car in the UK. Hard to say if it's safe or not, I wouldn't mod a lease. |

He had hybrid turbos, FMIC etc etc on a car he didn't own as it was financed.
Then had to borrow money from friends and family to buy it outright as you say as the bank wouldn't even touch him.
