I don't think an m240 would be any different. UUC lists the same kit for both the 235 and 240. They also use the exact same transmission.
There is nothing transferred over from the oem shifter that you wouldn't be also using for your current shifter. Rogue provides a new sirclip, nylon pivot cup, and all washers. The only clips that are reused are the ones that connect the carrier to the transmission.
