Has anyone else had this issue/if resolved, how tf did you do it? I’m starting to think it’s just my car now.. maybe the new 2019 car’s have updated to prevent unlocking the ECU?? I honestly have no clue, but this is so damn frustrating. Willing to try any piece of advice to get this thing to work
I have heard of this too and had a similar problem on 2015 M235i at first with BM3. It may be a locked out DME. I would make sure to disable your firewalls and security settings. Try an extra cable too. I had an issue on my computer - tried a different older laptop with no security and it worked. Wasted a whole day on that first laptop though trying to get it to work.
