Huh...who knew!

The wife's MZ3 is a 2015 bought in late 2014, but I've never thought to take all the undercarriage and wheel well panels off to see exactly what the status is. Mind you, the car spent the first three years of its life in Northern New England, so salt-related rust issues are always a concern.

Frankly, the price point at which we acquired her MZ3 left me not very worried about how long the car would last. If I had been, I would have removed the underbody panels two or three times each winter to rinse off the road salt.
