Do a search for "reliability" on this forum, and you'll find your answer. It's a question that's asked again and again.
The 2 Series is statistically BMW's most reliable model, and is very reliable by every ordinary measure. It'll be relatively rare to find a quality complaint about a 2 Series, although niggles do sometimes happen, as they would with any brand/model.
