Got my wheels shipped to me in Germany through UPS. Shipping was a little high, customs was 1200 Euro the first time. I asked them to reevaluate and they came back with 1600 Euro. However, the German customs website says the customs charge is only supposed to be like 30% or something like that of the cost of the product. So UPS was trying to shaft me, or they paid to much themselves and tried to pin the costs on me.
If you're US Military in Germany, you can fill out a form that allows you to not pay the import fees.
