You will need a grinder, air saw. DA sander, spray gun sandpaper and an adhesive gun to use this:

You will also need polyolefin adhesion promoter, primer and paint. This is not a simple process.
I am planning on making another one as this one does not fit perfect.
I do have a friend that does carbon fiber molds. I might have him look at making one out of that.
