It would actually be cool if I could yield 15,000 plus 5,000 (ESS SC money) then i'll have a 20k budget to get into another car...
I am really tempted to get the ESS SC, but I'm really worried about smog. The last couple times I did smog it was just a OBD test and sniffer, but if they were to ever pop the hood I would fail visual for sure. And I'm not to fond of paying someone to install/uninstall every 2 years...
Any other opinions on what it is actually worth?

. The car may be worth like 7 or 8 k if it as stock and automatic.
However your car is modded and it is tastefully modded. It has some major mods that would attract other buyers. It may take time but I m sure you could get around 10-13 k for it.
You will not get the money you spent on it but you can still get some of it back
Now , I would personally keep it and do the supercharger. Just because you have already spent so much money on it and it is a unique car.
The M3 conversion must ve cost a fortune
