I just got lazy and had my local body shop install them. It took them about 20 minutes and he charged me $20. For that price it wasn't worth trying to do it myself.
Just so as not to scare folks off, when you drill through the brake the instructions tell you to remove sharp edges / blowout on the back with a sanding pad. Like a moron I thought to myself "do I really need to do that, let's rub my finger over it to see." Skip that part and install is a breeze, just be patient drilling.
