EU cars have VAT added into the price and aren't as simple to convert as just adjusting for currency conversion. What you can usually do is compare similar models, just to get a relative sense of what another €46k car costs. For example, if a 335i F30 is £37.4k in the UK and $43.4k in the US, you'll get relatively close converting UK pricing to US by multiplying the UK price (regardless of currency value) by 116%.
This is only directional and doesn't take into account different standard content. For example, converting the UK M5 pricing using the above logic leaves me underestimating US pricing by about $7k. But it will get you ball park.
