Thats part of their strategy. If they act surprised, then you think "oh, everyone else must get it".
I complained about the extra $15 fee they added to the "Out the door" price we discussed and documented, saying I didnt have an extra $15 in my bank account. It became a 20 minute ordeal, and finally they took it off (they wouldnt explain what it was...). Anyway, she didnt offer me *anything* because she really though I didnt have a single penny more to spend
