I like how the moonroof and auto transmission are separate charges. I was wishing it would be the same for the US, so the price would be lower. I find it silly that BMW USA does not want to make a profit by still charging for auto transmission.

Not yet, it's not official but I heard it will come as a 2015 model.

So I'd imagine around late July or August of 2014 at least.

Nice to see, although BMW really knows how to complicate figuring out option choices and conflicts! At the current .95 exchange rate, our M235i will be costing us $42,750 in USD vs. the $43,100 US MSRP. Not bad - for once Canadians are not getting ripped off relatively speaking. Plus we got our order sheet first!

We will pay more for shipping, and we don't get the "free" auto - and there may be other standard equipment differences (maybe someone will do a comparison).

This thread needs to be a sticky!

I noticed on the ordering guide, ED is the same price as MSRP.

Does Canada not get the same discount we get here in the US or is BMW going to exclude ED pricing for all of NA? I hope not

So there's no wheel upgrade option listed here for the M235 ?

This seems a bit odd to me...

And where is the US guide ? I can't believe it wasn't one of the very first ones to be put out online...

If you're talking about the MPerformance 19s, then it won't appear on the standard ordering guide, just like all MPerformance bits. Other than that, I don't think there will be another wheel option for the M235i unfortunately.

find it odd that you cant get comfort access with the 228 but you can with the m235. surprised its not standard yet.

I guess that's just semantics to me - whatever they want to call it.

My point is that there have traditionally been other wheel options listed in the normal ordering guide for most BMWs - it's like this 19in option is some big secret or something. Just show us the damn thing - so we know for sure if it is the same as what's available for the M135 - and be done with it.

Rant over.
