You could probably "reserve" first spot in line at a dealership with a deposit as well. That's how it worked at mine when we were waiting for the debut of the 1M.

Not that I was crazy about all of Bangle's designs - hardly - but BMWs seem to be getting really generic. Nothing to me that ever says "must have."
Will have to see the details on this one. Only "must have" for me these days is the current M3. The next one I wouldn't want, based on the concept. But on another note, BMWs are getting more reliable. Good job with that, BMW! |

Very interesting indeed. It looks like they may have done away with the 1 series' cute/feminine proportions. I've been interested in purchasing an M4 when available, but the M2 is starting to turn the gears in my head. I'm looking for something a bit more pure than the M4 I think.
BTW this is exactly what's happening with Porsche. The Cayman S is becoming what the 911 used to be - a purist driver's car, while the 911 is becoming bloated. Looks like the M2 may be that purist car that we haven't seen from BMW since the E46. |

M5? M6GC? M6? 750i? X5/X5M? Besides the beloved M3 I would say BMW has a good line up to pick from

These 'crease lines' under the camo... artifact? or will there be some interesting lines on the bumper under the headlights? ![]()

I kinda like the squared off look. My dream for this car is for it to get as many features/options as possible in the small package of the 2er. Black panel display, LED headlights, etc. |

Gap between lights and grille too wide. This ain't going to be an elegant looker like the 3 or 4

Looks to me the headlights continuing to the grill is being covered up like the 3er when it had camo. If you look closely you can tell the headlights continue further to the grill.

Time will tell. The slats between the grilles are too far apart on F20 and F30 IMO
