Fuel and AFR problems

Hello everyone,

I introduce myself Chris, m240i owner, I am writing to you from France

I am currently having problems with my car.

I had an alert on the iDrive (powertrain) after pulling 2 and 3 gears.
It was running on 5 cylinders, I discovered that I had an open injector so I changed it.
But I still have a problem idling and I can't drive with it otherwise after a while it chatters and stalls...

Here's what's on the car:
DP
MHD Stg 2+
B58TU Pump
NGK iridium

I noticed that I no longer hear the low pressure pump when I unlock the car, yet when I activate it with ISTA I hear it...
I would like to point out that it is new (Bosch).

I tried the fuel pump control box behind the rear seat with a friend's 140i but no change...I'm dry!

Here is a log where we can clearly see that the AFR cannot be stable:

Many thanks for your help from France

Chris

have you tried going back to stock tune and seeing if it persists? It also could be a fuel quality issue.

For the logs, we need access to the file. It's not viewable for those who have the link.

Yes i'm back to stock, no change
I added 20 liters 98 ron into fuel tank, not better...
Tomorrow i'll take the compressions to know if it's not a valves failure due to the cyl 3 opened injector...
I'll tell you the result

An open injector filling the piston with fuel can easily cause ring, piston, valve and rod damage. Try a bore scope to look for internal damage.
